Creating
confident smiles

At Toothology Dental, Dr. Alin Gorgan approaches cosmetic dentistry as both a science and an art, combining advanced training with a genuine eye for aesthetics to deliver results that look natural, feel comfortable, and last. Whether you’re looking to make a small improvement or a dramatic transformation, your journey starts with a conversation.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic dentistry focuses on improving the appearance of your teeth, gums, and smile — addressing concerns like discoloration, chips, cracks, gaps, misalignment, and more. While the primary goal is aesthetic, many cosmetic procedures also support the long-term health and function of your teeth. The result is a smile that not only looks great but feels great too.

Dental Cleanings

Even the most diligent brusher and flosser can’t remove everything on their own. Over time, plaque hardens into tartar — a calcified buildup that can only be removed with professional tools. Left unchecked, tartar contributes to cavities, gum inflammation, and eventually gum disease, which has been linked to serious systemic health conditions including heart disease and diabetes.

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a small titanium post surgically placed into the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth. Once it integrates with the bone — a process called osseointegration — a custom-made crown is attached on top, creating a restoration that looks and functions just like a natural tooth. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants are a permanent solution that doesn’t rely on surrounding teeth for support.

Emergency Dentist

A dental emergency is any situation involving pain, injury, or damage that requires prompt attention to relieve suffering, prevent infection, or save a tooth. If you’re unsure whether what you’re experiencing qualifies as an emergency, err on the side of calling us — we’d rather help you figure that out over the phone than have you wait on something that needs immediate care.

General Dentistry

General dentistry covers the full spectrum of routine and preventive dental care — from cleanings and exams to fillings, crowns, and everything in between. It’s the type of care that keeps small problems from becoming big ones, and it’s the relationship between you and your dentist that makes everything else possible.

Restorative Dentistry

Restorative dentistry focuses on repairing or replacing damaged, decayed, or missing teeth to restore the health, function, and appearance of your smile. Unlike cosmetic dentistry, which primarily addresses aesthetics, restorative dentistry addresses the underlying structural and functional issues that affect how you eat, speak, and feel about your smile every day.

Root Canal Therapy

Root canal therapy is a procedure used to treat a tooth that has become infected or severely inflamed at the pulp — the soft tissue inside the tooth containing nerves and blood vessels. When bacteria reach the pulp through deep decay, a crack, or trauma, the resulting infection can cause significant pain and, if left untreated, spread to surrounding teeth and bone.

Therapeutic Botox

Dentists have an exceptionally deep understanding of facial anatomy — the muscles, nerves, and structures of the head and neck — that goes far beyond what most Botox providers receive in training. This anatomical expertise makes a dentist like Dr. Gorgan particularly well-suited to administer Botox with precision, safety, and an eye for natural-looking results.
